Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
1. Who we are?
The website operator is SEMA Group, consisting of: SEMA REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SRL (exercising control), SEMA BUSINESS ONE S.R.L., SEMA BUSINESS TWO S.R.L., SEMA BUSINESS THREE S.R.L., SEMA BUSINESS FOUR S.R.L., SEMA BUSINESS FIVE S.R.L., SEMA REAL ESTATE S.A., PUMAC S.A., and SERVAGROMEC DÂMBOVIȚA S.A.
The maintenance of the website is carried out by our processor: M2M Events Loft S.R.L., which has a contractual relationship with PUMAC S.A.
2. Categories of personal data of website visitors that may be processed by the operator:
First name, last name, phone number, address, email address, and digital identifiers such as IP address and location data.
Additionally, SEMA Group, together with its collaborators in the real estate sector, may process your personal data, including in the context of or prior to the conclusion of a contract: first name, last name, date of birth, username, phone number, address, email address, personal identification number (CNP), and ID card series and number.
3. Why we need your data – in order to carry out the specific activities and services of the operator.
4. Purpose of personal data collection – for the performance of management, advertising, marketing, and sales activities.
5. Legal basis for the processing of your data, in accordance with GDPR, Article 6 (1) (a), (b), (c), and (f), may include, as applicable:
- Your consent (for cookies when accessing the website or subscribing to the newsletter);
- Steps taken prior to the conclusion of a contract with you;
- Compliance with legal obligations in financial and tax matters;
- Legitimate interests pursued by a third party (e.g., through Google Analytics cookies).
6. How we use your data – employees of the operator – SEMA Group – and of the processor – the website maintenance company – as well as our collaborators (real estate agencies) may process your personal data for the performance of their duties in the areas of marketing, sales, management, or advertising.
Your data may also be lawfully requested and obtained by competent authorities, courts, police, or other public institutions.
We do not use automated decision-making processes and we do not create profiles based on your personal data.
7. How long we retain your data – on the website, certain data such as digital identifiers may be stored for a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
8. What are your rights?
You have the right to be informed about your personal data, the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to restriction of processing, the right to erasure, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to automated decision-making or profiling.
